Services will be at 11 a.m. today at the Church of the Nativity in Dubuque. Burial will be in Resurrection cemetery in Dubuque. Mrs. Ameche was born in Dubuque and met Don Ameche when he was a student.

Honore Prendergast Ameche died in 1986 at age 78 of a heart ailment in her hometown of Dubuque, Iowa.
